Huatai Financial Assists Languang Justbon’s Listing on the HKEX Main Board

On Oct 18, 2019 Sichuan Languang Justbon Services Group Co., Ltd.（2606.HK）was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Huatai Financial was the Leading Sponsor, Leading Joint global Coordinator, Leading Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager for the deal.

Languang Justbon issued 42.92 million shares worldwide at an issue price of HK$37 per share, raising a total amount of HK$1.59 billion (before the exercise of the over-allotment option).

Languang Justbon is a leading property management service provider in Southwest China and Sichuan Province. The company was ranked first and 11th among the Top 100 Property Management Companies of Sichuan Province and China in 2019.
